Need help identifying the correct document?

Use the model and serial number from the compressor. Contact Pneumatix, the supplying dealer or an approved service provider where the model or document version is uncertain.

Frequently asked questions

Why are some documents archived?

A document may be superseded by a corrected or updated version. Archived files are retained only where there is a support reason.

Can I use a document for a similar model?

Do not assume that a similar model has identical electrical, dimensional or service information. Use the document for the exact product where available.

Where are service parts listed?

Parts references and service schedules appear as separate controlled document types where approved.

What if the document I need is missing?

Contact Pneumatix or your dealer with the model and serial number so the correct file can be identified.
