Every Pneumatix compressor is rated to a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (145 PSI). We publish airflow at 8 bar because 8 bar is the fair comparison point, and plenty of machines cannot reach 10 bar at all. Compare the range below by motor power, free-air delivery and configuration.

Total Air Station
A packaged receiver-mounted solution for customers who want the compressor, air storage, refrigerated drying and filtration brought together in one compact arrangement. Available in PM10 and PM20.
Base Mount
A compressor-only configuration for systems where the receiver, dryer and filtration are selected separately to suit the installation. Available in PM10, PM20 and PM30.

A dash means that item is not supplied with that configuration. A Base Mount is the same compressor on rubber feet, supplied without receiver, dryer or filtration. Dryers hold a 2-10 °C pressure dew point on R134a refrigerant, and the air treatment is rated above the compressor it serves.
Why the 10 bar rating matters. Flow is quoted at 8 bar so it compares directly against machines that do not reach 10 bar. The extra pressure is not a number on a sheet: the variable-speed controller can be programmed to cut in and out at the pressure points you choose, so the system can be set to hold above 8 bar and still have headroom when demand peaks. A machine rated to 8 bar has nothing left above 8 bar to give.
Breaker sizes are our recommendation for the three-phase compressor supply. A Total Air Station also needs a 10 A general purpose outlet for its dryer. The final circuit design is the installing electrician’s under AS/NZS 3000.
Refrigerated air dryers
Moisture is a normal part of compressed air. Pneumatix refrigerated air dryers provide a practical drying stage for workshop and industrial systems where drier compressed air is required.
For Base Mount installations, the dryer can be selected separately to suit the compressor flow and system requirements. Total Air Stations already incorporate refrigerated drying as part of the packaged arrangement.

Pneumatix supports compressed-air systems with inline filtration, replacement filter elements, spare parts and service pathways through approved service providers and the dealer network.
Inline filtration can be selected as part of a complete compressed-air treatment arrangement, while replacement elements and service parts support ongoing maintenance.
